Financial control setting: new electronic approval

The Methodical instruction of the director No. 1/2023 establishes a new electronic approval of financial control setting. The setting of the financial control of the order number will now be electronically approved by all participants of the financial control in INET in the application "Approval and electronic signing of documents". The electronic supporting documents will always include a completed cover sheet for the order number establishment and a signature sheet containing a handwritten signature sample of participants included in the financial control for the RECETOX Centre. All listed financial control participants must approve the financial control setting electronically before entering the order number into the accounting system. Currently, the project department is collecting signature samples for the needs of managing signatures within the framework of financial control, so in the future it will no longer be necessary to sign a cover sheet for each newly opened order number. This should speed up the process of opening a new order number of your project or a new workplace for an already established order number.

Change of form for requesting Leave of absence with wage compensation for camp leaders

There is a new form that must be completed to request Leave of absence with wage compensation for camp leaders in 2023. The new form and more information can be found HERE.

Extension of the social fund to include a nursery school/children's group allowance

Effective September 1, 2023, MUNI employees may use Social Fund funds initially for employee pension/supplemental retirement savings or a child's kindergarten or playgroup tuition allowance. This contribution is set at 2% of the salary scale.

Currently, the contribution only makes sense in cases where the employee pays more than one-twelfth of the current minimum wage per month (currently CZK 17,300: 12 = CZK 1,442/month). The employee deals with support for the lower amount of school fees in the annual tax settlement/tax return.
