Open Access publishing – RCX rules
Due to the more strict rules from the project providers and in order to keep the excellece of the RECETOX, new rules for Open Access publishing have been established (the corresponding authors responsible for keeping these rules):
Rules are obligatory:
- different rules and requirements for all project providers and programmes
- precise and correct expressions and wording in acknowledgements
- „funded“ vs „supported“ (!)
- The correct expressions required by project providers are available on the Intranet
- payments of APC fees from RECETOX resources (including grants etc):
- ONLY for papers in journals with IF > median in WoS (i.e. only for Q1 and Q2)
- MDPI journals are excluded (= no payments of APCs from RECETOX to MDPI journals)
Consequences of non-compliance:
- at PROVIDERS – papers are not accepted as the outcome of the project and it can lead to failure to meet project goals
- at RECETOX – no personal bonuses for published papers, no inclusion of incorrect papers into calculations of budgets of the research group, no payments of APCs in low-quality journals

Periodic health examination
Dear colleagues, We would like to inform you about change in the directive no.79/2013 coll., on specific health services.
The periodic health examination for work categories 1 and 2, without occupational risk are no longer required. According to the new directive the periodic health examination are provided base on the request of the employee or your team leader (employer). The periodic health examination for work categories 1 and 2, with occupational risk are still mandatory.

Conference rooms D30 (INBIT)
Due to the start of the next phase of the reconstruction of Pavilion D30 (INBIT), it will not be possible to use conference rooms no. 111, 113, 220, and 230 starting from June 1, 2023. We expect this restriction to last approximately one year. We are currently discussing the possibility of using other conference rooms on the campus.

- Persistent negative feelings – stress, anxiety, panic states, feelings of exhaustion

Aim is to support the creation of R&D results and their use for own business activities in enterprises that already have experience with the implementation of research and development by their own capacities or in enterprises that have experience with the purchase of R&D services from research organisations, but have not yet developed their own R&D activities.
RECETOX can only participate as a partner. The company must be the main beneficiary.
