Internal information

Notice on Documenting Boarding Passes for Travel Orders

In connection with the complete documentation of your business trips, we would like to inform you that some companies now provide boarding passes only in electronic form through their application, and once used, they are no longer traceable. We therefore recommend taking a screenshot of your electronic boarding pass and carefully saving it for further documentation.

Announcement of expected sample deliveries

We would like to ask all research groups to resend us each delivery notice to Purchasing Department. This will help their faster distribution. Unfortunately, couriers do not always call the phone numbers listed on shipments.
