Invitation: GC Orbitrap: User Applications and Insights Webinar

HORIZON EUROPE 
Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA): Staff Exchanges with the deadline for submission of proposals on 8 October 2025; Doctoral Networks with the deadline for submission of proposals on 25 November 2025. If you plan to apply or are interested in further information, contact Veronika Jálová as soon as possible. 

European Research Council (ERC): Starting Grants with the deadline for submission of proposals on 14 October 2025; Synergy Grants with the deadline for submission of proposals on 5 November 2025. Tentative dates for Consolidator Grants: opening of the call on 25 September 2025 with the deadline for submission of proposals on 13 January 2026. MU GAMU 
MASH, MASH StG/CoG: The main aim of MUNI Award in Science and Humanities (hereinafter referred to as “MASH”) is to bring excellent and successful external researchers to Masaryk University and to offer them such conditions that they are motivated to stay, work for Masaryk University and to attain exceptionally high-quality research results on the long-term basis. Deadline for submission of proposals is on 5 December 2025. 

  • MASH – An applicant is an ERC grant holder or a leading researcher who MU did not employ in their main employment for the period of 5 years preceding the deadline of the call.  
  • Implementation period: 5 years, year allocation: 5 mil. CZK//approx. 220k USD or 200k EUR 
  • MASH StG/CoG - MASH StG/CoG - Open to external applicants provided that the applicant's employment relationship with MU has not exceeded 12 of the last 36 months (considering career breaks) at the closing date of the call.  
  • Implementation period: 4 years, year allocation: 3 mil. CZK// approx. 120k EUR or 130k USD  

CAREER RESTART: Supports integration of researchers after a career break, for instance due to parental leave, long term illness or long term care of close person into Masaryk University research teams. The programme shall facilitate and speed up the return of young talented researchers to the productive academic career and increase their share in independent / leading research posts. Project is for 2 years with a yearly allocation of 500 ths. CZK. Deadline is on 10. 10. 2025.  

HORIZONS: The support is intended for costs associated with the preparation of extremely prestigious and important projects of international donors (e.g. European Commission programmes). Applications can be submitted throughout the year. 

CTT Proof of Concept: Verification of applied research results in terms of their practical application and preparation of their commercial use or use for the needs of society. The call is not thematically limited. Deadline of the call is 6. 10. 2025. Presentation of the project proposals at TTO is on 21. 10. 2025. Maximal financial support up to 3 mil. CZK (recommended 0,5-1,5 mil. CZK). Maximal intensity of financial support is 80 %, 20 % co-funding. Recommended duration of PoC projects is 6-24 months.

  • Water4All Call 2025: will be launched 12. 9. 2025 focusing on „Water and Health.“ Deadline will be 13.11.2025. Call topics are:
