Structure of the 2025 Summer School

This year’s Summer School consists of two modules:

module A – Environmental and Health Risk Assessment of Chemicals in the EU - principles and regulatory practices
Optional Introductory Training on Risk Assessment

(generic and introductory class) This two-day course will take place on Monday, 9 June and Tuesday, 10 June 2025, starting at approximately 9:00 AM on the first day. The estimated fee is 250 EUR, which covers tuition, coffee breaks, lunches, and VAT. Participation in this session is optional and not required to obtain a certificate for the main PARC training course.

module B – New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) in the chemical risk assessment
Main PARC Training Course
(highly specialized training) Held from 11 to 13 June 2025, this core part of the Summer School will focus on hands-on training and expert lectures on New Approach Methodologies in the chemical risk assessment.
Please note that registration for Block B is now closed.
The application deadline has passed, and PARC coordinators have contacted selected participants and confirmed their participation. The capacity of Block B is fully reached, and no additional registrations can be accepted.
